Pandiman Front and Centre for the start of MECQ

May 18th, 2020 marked the start of MECQ in Manila, as the country moves towards opening up travel and certain industries back to work under slightly less restrictions for the National Capital Region. Without public transport, the Pandiman staff are reporting to work in two rotas. 7:00am to 1:00pm and 1:00pm to 7:00pm.
